They come to your home with the samples! Susan Conway is great! she came well prepared with lots of samples. I was unsure of what types and colors of carpet I wanted to use. She is very talented at putting colors and decor together which is one reason why I am glad I used her. If asked, she will offer ideas and suggestions but not in an overbearing way which is nice. I informed Susan of my budget and she was sensitive to making sure we stayed within it. My carpet turned out great. I especially love the stair carpet which was a suggestion from Susan. I have recommended Susan to many people which I would not do if I was not happy with her knowledge and her customer service. You will be happy too!”

They were able to come to my house the next day to measure the square footage in my home while two other carpet companies gave us a week before they could come out and do the measurements. While he measured he took the time to have a great conversation with my Wife and I. Kevin Walton was the gentlemen that helped us out from start to finish and he was great to work with. “After driving by this place several times i finally stopped in with my mother who was visiting from England and wanted to help me get my garden in order. The staff was so friendly and very helpful as we asked many questions about how well the plants we were selecting would do. I love that it's family owned and that they took the time to help us. I see reviews that stated the woman was harsh however i found her to be very nice and honest which is refreshing. Even if the prices are a bit higher on certain items i will say that the quality is very high and you get what you pay for. My plants are currently thriving in my garden and i couldn't be happier.”

“I've been working with Craig for several years on vehicle issues. He has been nothing but fair and well priced under any comparing local quotes. Even if you can find a cheaper quote, Craig would happily work with you or explain to you why it may be different. His shop has fixed issues with an older Nissan 350Z and a Lexus LS430. I've had nothing but fantastic experiences. Its been years since the repairs with no issues. Whoever posted the negative comment is out of their mind. I've also known the family for 15+ years and I've never seen Craig be vulgar, violent or confrontational. By all means, he will respectfully not let a customer take advantage of him, but he would never take advantage of a customer. Craig is a proud family man that has absolutely no reason, need or desire to take advantage of people. It sounds like that kid is the disrespectful type that screams at retail or restaurant employees hoping managers don't want to deal with him and give him free stuff. No one wants that kind of business but sadly that customer found an honest shop to attempt to take advantage of.”
