Randy will spend his time with you picking out tile and materials and communicates with you at all times to ensure you get what you want. We have recently signed on for our next project in the spring. He will be adding a room onto the back of our house. Can’t wait. I met with him and his architect yesterday. “Visited the store. Salesman were helpful but not pushy at all. They let me look around for a long time and never “bothered” me. I purchased a massage chair less than a week before Christmas. They delivered it on the morning of Christmas Eve, carried it in, set it up, and was able to surprise my spouse that evening! :) Salesman was helpful, delivery guys were courteous and respectful.
