I called them before coming in and Tom had a washer and dryer set ready for us before we got there. It was in prestine condition with a 30 day warranty. Something came up and I was unable to get hoses and they were able to provide me with some used ones which I am highly grateful for. They delivered it on a Saturday and installed it perfectly even though my laundry closet was a bit challenging they got it done!! Currently washing my laundry with no issues. I couldn't be happier. “I called Critter Control for animal activity I was hearing in my attic. Turns out I had bats in my attic. While this was not an inexpensive remediation, the work has been completed and I am very happy with the results and a bat free attic. Everyone I worked with was very nice and helpful. Great communication all around! Michael was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and didn't mind answering all of my questions. He very thoroughly explained the process to me, showed up when he said he would and completed all work that had been scheduled for the given day. “The showroom is well organized, their selection is decent, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason they are receiving four stars is because of a custom tile order that didn't go well. Most of the problem was with Oceanside Tile, but Virginia Tile's warehouse should have kept in better contact with our tile installer on all of the issues and delays. Instead, he repeatedly had to reschedule work at our property (3X total before it was done). In the end, we cancelled the custom tile order after numerous flimsy excuses for delays and went with an in stock subway tile.”
