“There are so many things I like about this place, but also a few disappointments, so I think this will be a balanced review :) I thoroughly enjoy and am e challenged by the attention of my personal trainer, the people in the salon, and every worker here. The locker rooms are very clean and the saunas are fantastic (my favorite is the eucalyptus). The activities for younger kids are engaging and a great incentive for the family to go. That said, the personal training can be very expensive. It's hard for me because I do indeed want to value the excellent work the trainer does, but it really isn't affordable for the training I need. Also, my daughter is 11 and can't join me for anything upstairs, but the children's center is geared towards children closer to 8 and under. My daughter says the people are nice, but there just isn't anything she can do and she can't bring her tech to occupy herself or do schoolwork (which I understand, because it's impossible to monitor those things unless your the parent). To his credit, my trainer brought down some mats and did some sports training for my daughter and I through our last available session, and it was very good for her and so nice of him. I wish they had some classes for the tween/teen ages and could engage them a bit more. I've not used my membership like my husband does mostly because it's so hard to want to go when there's nothing truly worth it for my daughter. I'm considering taking myself and my daughter off the membership bc it's worth it mostly for my husband and not for the rest of us. There are so many up sides-- good food, great salon srrvices, it's clean and comfortable, but I feel I'm still wasting money for as little as I actually get from the membership personally.”

Everyone from their service field technicians to the office staff has been very conscientious and top notch from the word go. I started using them for my mother’s home and they treated her with kindness and compassion and our first technician that worked with us, Jon, (who has since moved on up to supervisor capacity), was so kind to my mother and we felt like he was a friend of the family. I can’t say enough positive things about the excellent service and the people who staff Advantage Termite and Pest Control. I highly recommend them and I personally will always use them as long as I live in Kansas City!”

“Highly recommend Comfort Designs! Our furnace went out on a Sunday. I called and received a call back within 5 minutes, letting me know someone would contact me about looking at our furnace. I was happy the emergency weekend visit was only $50 more than a normal visit. The tech called me and gave me a timeframe he expected to arrive and he was right on time. Very professional, explained our options and tried to get the unit running until a new unit could picked up from the warehouse. Unfortunately, our unit died in the middle of the night. I received a call first thing Monday morning to check the status and was told they would let me know when we could expect replacement. With the snow storm received the weekend this happened, plus temps in the 20s, I was expecting a few days before they could get us scheduled. I received a call a few minutes later asking if they could come now! Within 24 hours of the 1st visit and letting is know what was wrong, we had a new furnace installed. I'm very happy with all levels of service received from Comfort Designs, from the techs in my house who were very thorough, to Casey communicating payment options and quick service. I can't wait to recommend their service to others!”
