“Wow! So impressed! As per typical “carpet emergency”, I am having a Christmas party this weekend. As per typical when such an occasion arises, the great big dog gets sick and has the big D all over my beautiful cream-colored carpets (pet owners, you KNOW what I’m talking about!) Store-bought carpet cleaning agents didn’t do anything. In panic mode, I called Bock’s Steam Star as a friend recommended them to me. The gentleman who took my call was so understanding and said he had one crew that could fit me (and my stained carpets) later on THAT SAME AFTERNOON. Wow! I got a call 30 minutes before the two fabulous employees showed up at my door, and they did a fantastic job. No promises were made (stained pretty bad) but got it completely cleaned and the carpet looked like NEW again! They also cleaned 3 “spots” from carpet in different rooms that have been there since I moved into this house in June. I cannot recommend them enough. Carpets were clean/spot-free and not overly wet like so many companies leave them to be. “Best place in town to do laundry and people watch! I could have bought a new washer and dryer months ago with the quarters Ive invested into this place, but the entertainment value I get from people watching and fun have surpassed my expectations. It's become a weekly family evet for me and my kids. We do maybe one load of laundry, but mainly we just crash the little carts around and make funny Snapchat while running around like lunatics. The workers there have grown to just ignore us for the most part, but when we do need them they are prompt and helpful. ????”

Mike did a great job with communicating with us before the appointment. The great thing about Turner's is they are prompt in calling you back. It seems like you have to work these days to give someone you business, but not with Turner's. Joe has came to our house on both occasions. He is very professional and explains everything.
