“I had excellent service from Matthew and his response to my questions were very quick. He informed me through the whole process. I wasn't sure what to expect as it is a competitive auto shipping world and they have to make predictions based and what the current market will accept to ship your car. They explained that their charge had a $50 +/- contingent if necessary. I only gave them a few days notice for shipping from Los Angeles to Boston and they were pretty spot on. They picked up exactly when they said they would and dropped off 7 days later as stated. I did not pay any extra, the price I paid originally was the price I paid. I had some logistical problems with the Boston location (streets are difficult to navigate etc) but my driver picked up when I called and we made arrangements to pick up very close to the original location and then as he traveled closer to the drop location, he gave me 1 hour and 30 minute away updates. It was very smooth. No damage to the car and the driver was super nice. I would highly recommend.”

Andre and his crew treated us with respect and were courteous during the entire day. Their manners were exemplary, "please" and "thank you" without exception. Why Penske doesn't market more aggressively to the DIY mover is beyond me lol! The team at this location are very professional, friendly, polite, and go the "extra mile" to accommodate every detail of your rental, be it near or far, without hesitation. Upfront and honest pricing, no surprises or hidden costs...what you're initially quoted & reserve is what you pay. Nice AAA discount plus active & veteran military discounts, that stack. Very fairly priced additional coverage insurance options, that honestly surprised me, and gave us great peace of mind for our 750+ mile move in a 26' diesel beast WITH an off-ground tow dolly attached. A gentleman in a suit got down on his hands & knees, unprompted, to attach tow dolly chains to secure our car, even though there were service/mechanical employees right there...in more, appropriate attire. Provided invaluable information on exactly how & how not to maneuver the size equivalent of a semitruck we had just rented and explained the physics & natural laws of driving this prodigious vehicle. Plus, it was a brand new 2019 truck that was surprisingly comfortable and had "bells & whistles" you wouldn't necessarily expect for example, Bluetooth, USB & heated mirrors. Cabin was more than spacious with easily adjustable seats & steering column. By far the best moving truck rental service we have ever used and definitely the best priced. Beating their major competitor, you know the one where "U-DIY" by hundreds of dollars and we sacrificed nothing for it. May still buy moving supplies with the other guys, but will only rent a truck with Penske for any future moves!”

“This is my second time utilizing a storage unit with Central Self Storage. Both experiences have been great and having the convenience of being right down the road from my house. Rates are affordable compared to a few others around. I rented a non-climate control outside unit. For being an outside unit the inside space was nice, clean, spacious width to height, and door opening and closing was in good shape. Entering & exiting the main gate is standard with ease. Plus being able to use their storage truck was valuable, just have to pay for the fuel after usage. Overall the experience was great again. Kelly is the new Manager which she did an awesome job answering all my questions and assisting me with selecting the right unit. I would definitely recommend this place based on friendly staff, clean units, location, convenience, security, moving truck usage, and affordability.”

“There is nothing more frightening (well, not really the most) than staring at a move. In my case, two moves: first to an apartment for 5 months and then on to D.C. Thus we needed to move 90% of our furniture from our home to storage, the rest to an apartment. Five months from now another move: everything comes out of storage, the little bit of furniture we have in the apartment, and a ton of boxes of clothes go to D.C. Fry-Wagner people are THE best...from the coordinator to the packers to the movers...everyone was professional, in great moods and most importantly, reassuring! It took many fewer hours to get everything done than I had expected...and absolutely no damage to anything! So far it has been just about the perfect move...if you don't use these guys you are making a huge mistake! They do everything they say they'll do...and then some.”

“I contracted Aristocrat Moving help load a 26' truck for a full house for a cross country move. Allen (the owner) and Davis came right on time and started loading the truck immediately. They completely loaded the truck with amazing efficiency timeliness. I have made several moves myself and I was beyond impressed with their ability to load a truck so well. They were very courteous and very careful with all my belongings. My plan was to hire them for the 2 hours and finish myself, but I was so impressed by their work that I had them stay an additional 45 minutes to finish the rest of the house. They took a job that would have taken me and 3 other guys 4 hours to do, and got it done in less than 3 and used less space than I would have ever been able to. My only regret is that they wont travel cross country with us to unload. I cannot recommend this company enough. They have my sincerest thanks and appreciation.”
