Robert was so friendly and knowledgeable & the price was beyond fair! (As we had a quote for same type of repair from another company). He worked us in right away as we had no water for our house (we had to shut it off due to leaks). I have never experienced such great service at such a fair price before by someone so knowledgeable and kind. I definitely recommend you call Crosby Plumbing! I am so thankful! (& the repair was done quickly as well).

I was buying a new home and Mike Crosby and his team came out and inspected the Septic tank. After finding a crack in the tank they gave the seller and myself a bid to have the tank replaced. After I closed on the house - Crosby and his team came out 3 days in a row working on the removal and install of my new tank. Each day I was texted to remind me they were coming the next day, they arrived on time, and were always very professional. Each evening, the area was marked well with caution tape and I was give updated on the status of the project.
The weekend following the install we had a big rain - Dustin came out on a SUNDAY and made sure that nothing got washed out. Above and beyond what was expected.
2 weeks after the install, giving the ground time to settle they came back out - packed down the ground and put down new asphalt. The excess dirt was moved to a "pit" down hill from the new tank, filling it in and making it all look 1000 times better.
I am so grateful to everyone at the Crosby plumbing team.
I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for any job.

Showed up 1.5 hours ahead of time so I didn’t have to worry about when they would get here. They fit us in the next day (per our request) so I’m not sure if they would’ve come out same day. Jason H and the apprentice (I’m assuming that’s what he was) were very nice and professional. Explained what was going on and got the clog cleared very quickly. They were helpful and also pretty funny. I saved this business in my phone for next time we need a plumber. Definitely recommend!!

I cannot recommend them highly enough. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Everyone I spoke with or that came to my home was wonderful, kind, efficient, and professional! There was a communication error about the time they were scheduled to be at my home, and they went out of their way to make it right. They rearranged their schedules to make sure that I got my water heater installed today AND they did a great job! They will be my "go to" for any future plumbing needs I may have. If you need a plumber, call these guys!

Cameron & Cody replaced an outdoor yard hydrant and had it dug up and replaced in under 2 hours, just as they told me before they started. Water pressure is back to normal at outside hydrant and pressure washer no longer surges due to sucking the water out of the inlet hose. GREAT JOB & reasonable cost. Had used them before for septic tank repair a couple of years ago but never left comments... Job was also well done. THANKS AGAIN!!!!
