It was our fault, obviously, but Juan, the employee there, asked if I had five minutes to wait so he could make everything fresh for me! I didn’t even ask him to re make it and the thought never crossed my mind because it was my problem not Little Caesars. He showed me my order and said he couldn’t send us home with that because it wasn’t hot and fresh pizza anymore. I couldn’t believe it! He went above and way beyond to make the customer feel valued and wanted! It was completely our fault and yet Jaun cared so much about the quality of what they are sending home with their customers that he made it fresh! I have begun coming here more and more because of their customer service!”

“Clean and great sight lines. Separate areas for 2-5 and 5-12yo. Lots of new and fun equipment. There is one porter potty but it's pretty gross. I'd suggest bringing a small potty of your own and use in the car. Otherwise super fun and great for family fun.”
