(March 13, 2019, 10:14 am)Friendly and helpful service. I was driving cross county when the panel under the engine compartment of my Honda Civic Hybrid came loose. Florence, KS was the next town ahead and closer than the one behind. I was directed to Williams Service, and Mike removed the offending panel and declined to accept payment for the labor. I always take it as a good sign when a repair facility does trivial repairs for free.
