My wife and I decided to get a hot tub, but were unsure what to get. I called Chuck, he invited us to come to the factory and check out how the hot tubs are made. We went and watched a shell being made, I had lots of questions which he answered and was very helpful. We decided on a unit and it was delivered and set up along with instructions . Our dealings with chuck and his company were spot on, very helpful and friendly. The price was very good and fair. I highly recommend Aahs spas to anyone ! Thanks chuck

I was looking to upgrade my hot tub and after some research I came across Aahsspas and made contact with Chuck. He invited me to see the factory and answer any and all questions. I loved that they are locally built and was impressed with the quality of materials and the craftsmanship of the hot tub. Great communication throughout the whole process! I am a longtime hot tub owner of a “major” brand so I know my way around a tub with a decent amount of experience. I took a long hard look at Aahs Spas. I had many discussions with Chuck and he encouraged me to come to the factory and look around and see the process. I came away very impressed. The tubs are well built and they use good components. That alone sold me on Aahs Spas but even better, Chuck has outstanding service before and after the sale. He stands behind his tubs and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. The price is incredibly good compared to the retail guys out there. I guarantee the retail guys don’t come close to Chuck’s service and willingness to help. With most major brands getting components and being built outside of the US, I really liked the idea of buying local. I research everything before I make a major purchase, so I highly encourage anyone to look at Aahs Spas and compare to the retail guys if they want a great tub at a great price. You won’t be disappointed! Chuck is the best!

Could not be any happier with our purchase of a hot tub from Aahs Spas about a month ago. Chuck’s extensive experience with every aspect of hot tub construction and care was evident and greatly appreciated. Can’t beat the value and the Bluetooth sound system is amazing! Jets have so much power, fully adjustable, and the construction is far superior to anything we have seen. Very low maintenance and Chuck made it so simple. Have used it every day since it arrived! From sale to service, it is clear they are passionate about maintaining their 5 star rating and we would give them 6 stars if that were possible.
