“Went to Sunday service to see my lady's father do a sermon and I was impressed. The people was very friendly and very welcoming, Very good service done by pastor Ken Gray (he even had a tomato worm in his pocket to go along with his message). They are also online if you can't attend in person you can watch it on cable TV channel 20, YouTube search Aulne Church, Facebook "Like" the Aulne Church page and join them live Sundays at 9:10am central standard time.”

“My parents chose the Marion Assisted Living facility as a place to live out the final years of their lives. In the beginning, Mom needed more assistance than Dad. Mom really enjoyed the social, recreational and exercise & wellness activities. Dad had been a medical doctor, and as such was a difficult patient/resident, because he knew best how to deal with is health and medication issues.. He was more a lot more independent than Mom. He did not need the assistance and simply refused the personal services and medication management that is part of the services offered. Over the course of their stay both Mom & Dad were cared for and loved by the Marion Assisted Living staff. The staff handled the routine and sometimes difficult situations that they were confronted with, mostly from Dad. However, the staff's care and concern for my parents was demonstrated over and over and over again. I am extremely grateful and so appreciative of the staff. Mom passed a year before Dad. Dad’s last year was difficult at best because he missed his wife of over 72 years. During Dad's last days, the staff was instrumental in getting Dad out of the hospital and back to his home (MAL facility) and passed within 24-48 hours of his return to his room. So, if you are looking for a place for your parents to live out their lives, the Marion Assisted Living facility would be an excellent place for them to stay and live. Residents will be well taken care of by a staff that cares deeply about them and serves their every need in so many excellent ways.”
