The staff were very knowledgeable and delightful to interact with. I had a representative, Malachi, who nice and very helpful. I’ll gladly return for any network services.
The people at the store in McPherson are wonderful. I had a situation with my phone that I didn’t know how to take care of and they had no problem helping me.
We' ve had major problems with Verizon. They would not turn off service for 3 full months after we canceled.& went to wireless world. Verizon is still trying to sue us; same thing happened to my sister- in - law after my brother died. I so love Nex- Tech. They are always helpful. Being older there are so many features I'm still learning. After having bad experiences with other phone companies; Nex- Tech makes me feel like a VIP
