The Hub Brick Oven & Brewery

Our first time going to The Hub. The atmosphere was great. We got to sit at a table where the original fuel pumps sat. The table was made with old prices and advertising items It was really neat. The whole place is really neat. The staff was really helpful and nice. The pizza was a bit on the burnt side for my liking but was still tasty. We will be coming back.

Amazing pizza for our small town! Spinach artichoke and the beez kneez are my favorite pizzas! Found a fruit cider that is so tasty as well! :D

Excellent!! The pizza was delicious, the atmosphere was great, the coffee was the best coffee shop latte I’ve had in awhile (temp, taste, smoothness). The little salad came in oki, reusable container.done well- a clear sign that tells you to order at any register and self serve drinks after ordering. Cool place! We waited a little long for the pizza, but not horrible. Simple and well done. I definitely recommend it and want to go back. We tried the Bianca pizza which was good but could use a little more of the olive oil/garlic base…The okie dokie artichoke pizza was SO good!! Nice customer service. Clean bathroom. Prices probably average.

The Hub. It’s been in development for awhile and I’ve been patiently waiting. That seems to be key. It took about 1:15 to get our food. That being said, it was their opening week, so getting the kinks worked out deserves some grace. The ambience was fresh and clean, very cool vibe. The food was overall very good. We ordered the bread with dips, which was the only description, it was a heavy garlic butter and a bacon cream cheese. Not exactly what we’d expect but pretty good. For the pizzas we ordered the meat (porky) and buffalo chicken. Those were both solid! The beer wall was well appointed and first timers get a tutorial. Overall it was a good experience, once they get their flow down I’d happily go five stars. Happy to have something like this nearby, tons of potential.

Great food and atmosphere.

The pizza is very good. Particularly the tomato sauce, it’s bright and pleasantly sweet. We got the Bees Knees and are itching to try the rest.

The bread with dipping sauce is decent. The bread was a bit dense and the garlic in one of the dips was pretty raw.

The beer selection is great. You grab a card and serve yourself so that’s fun.

A+++ atmosphere and store design. Also, a top notch staff. This place will only improve with time as they get settled in.
