(April 22, 2021, 6:30 pm)Went to A & W on 4-21-21 @ 5:20 PM thru the drive thru. Was told I would have to wait for another 5 min due to fish coming out of the fryer. Instructed to pull out in the parking lot and park in the area I was instructed to pull into. I parked and waited at least 15 to 20 min and still no food. I walked up close to the drive thru window to see what was going on, still no food for another 5 to 10 min, and the drive thru line was growing to at least 7 to 10 cars cars in the line. Finally a waitress came out and brought us our food. She said the order was correct, which it wasn't, it was lacking the side I had ordered. And she said that the fryer had broke down and sorry for the inconvenience. Got home and the fish was all dried out and was like shoe leather, no sides and my hamburger bun was blackened on the top and bottom. The fries were all dried out and cold. Why couldn't the employees be truthful with their customers. I would have gladly liked my money back and would have went somewhere else. Oh well, I guess they will continue to get bad reviews, and continue to lose their customers like me.
