I found him personable, and willing to listen. He gathered all pertinent information via xrays and MRI and came in with an honest assessment of what needed to be done. I was not ready to have the procedure for many reasons and he listened to each one with understanding. We then discussed alternate treatments. At no point did I feel he was pushing me into a procedure, but he did make it clear why I needed to have it done and what the consequences would be for not doing so. It was what I would want in every doctor. He took the time to treat me as both a patient and a person.
