My husband I have tried a couple lots through the years and I will say this was honestly my best experience in 14 plus years. The salesman (Billy) was amazing. My husband was set on wanting a Tacoma. I thought going through the lot I went to last year (Midwest kia) would help. I was told to come in and they double booked my appointment with my husband. Didn't realize they did that they said. They texted and called us from 9 different numbers. It was crazy. All to get there for them to say they don't have the truck we wanted and not only that but that our trade wasn't worth anything and they wanted 5 grand down for something we couldn't even see or test drive. So we left. I then looked up the lot that had the actual truck and it was Midwest superstore. I drove over an hour to this lot and was not disappointed. They were quick, very polite with me having newborn with us to boot. We got approved for the truck my husband wanted for only a grand down and our trade was worth 12 grand to them so that they could get us into payments we could actually afford. I would definitely recommend this lot and they will forever have my families business. Thank you Billy and Midwest superstore. You made my family and I so happy!

We have limited experience because our car is new. The sales staff are friendly and helpful. The finance guy was pleasant and quick. We've had the car in one time for it's 5,000 mile service. The service manager was friendly and helpful. While waiting for our car to be repaired, we did not enjoy the loud hard rock music that was playing. I feel a waiting room should be more peaceful. We love our new car and will continue to drive 50 miles for service at Midwest Toyota.

I recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Tundra 4x4 Platinum from Midwest Toyota and my Sales Rep and Sale manager (BC & Tim) were both outstanding to work with. Given this was an out of state online purchase, communication and numbers were critical. The showed empathy and patience to their customer and valued the customer experience while at the same time adhering to the constraints that they are accountable to within the dealership. The Truck was as expected and received with full delivery to my home (site unseen). BC was my eyes and ears as was Tim. I am extremely happy with the new truck! Even the delivery guy was friendly and we chatted for a while after delivery. The whole experience from sale to purchase to delivery was 5 star. I should also give a shout out to Jason the Finance Manager on how seamless the financial steps were for executing the online purchase and e-signature process. that went smooth. as well. Congrats guys on your Sale! now go find me a Highlander Hybrid AWD Platinum for a great price would ya! :)

There aren’t enough stars to properly rate the amazing service, help, and kindness we were show from Eric at Midwest Toyota. We’ve been hunting for this truck for 4 months and Eric was with us the whole way. The service is top notch, the expertise is beyond the best, and this truck is fantastic. We came from 70 mi away to Eric and Midwest and we will gladly make the drive again.

Her first real car. BC and Chris were wonderful to work with. They had the car up front and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. There was no pressure and quick in and out with a purchase. They went above and beyond so we could be in and out as quick as possible.

We will be back for our next car!
