I've had a good experience with Sheila Metzger American Family. She is always willing to discuss insurance services and tries to get you the best rate she can. Her office offers yearly insurance reviews to go over your policy. I've had insurance through American Family for many years.

Sheila and her staff deserve better than 5 stars. If you want an agent who will get to know you, do her best to help you, and will always have your best interest in mind, Sheila is the one. We were looking for a new agent as we were very unhappy with our previous agent with another company. Sheila was so nice and helpful when I had to help my mother find insurance, that my husband and I decided to give our business to Sheila and we are so glad that we did. Choosing her will be the best decision you can make when it comes to your insurance needs.

We are extremely happy with Shiela and her staff. We realized we needed to make a change for our home and auto insurance from the provider we had been using for over ten years. We went to Sheila because we had referals from our church community. She went to work assesing our situation. She bettered our coverage on our car and house and gave us an honest answer on another family members car and our rental property-- which advised us to stay where we were for now.
