“I had been fighting various door issues for a while, finally decided to call someone. I found a different garage door company in hutch that had great reviews on this site but they didn’t return my calls. I called Cheney door first thing Friday morning and they sent Paul the same afternoon. Paul replaced my extension springs with ones that were properly sized and made a few other adjustments. My old heavy garage door feels light and new again. Paul then explained a couple of routine maintenance tasks, and then checked a couple of more things to make sure everything was operating safely. I was hesitant to make Cheney door my fist call because of a couple of sub par reviews on this site, but I’m glad they were the ones that came to save the day.
