Great for just advice also not just hands on mechanics they will walk you through a master cylinder change out process
So let go ahead and get this out of the way ...my motorcycle was impounded here ... Well Mike's took care of my bike. Needless to say I came up with the fee's which weren't anywhere near as awful as would've been in Wichita. So I had some difficult time getting the funds together along with a way there...I called informed the staff that I was coming but definitely need some extra time and if they wouldn't mind staying after closing so I can get my motorcycle. The greatest feeling was when they said they'd give me more time than I thought they'd give me so I didn't have to wait another day and possibly lose my motorcycle to fees .
So I finally make it and I'm greatful again because well my tires needed air and my battery was dead . Mike took some more of his time helped me jump my motorcycle and went back in the garage turned on the air compressor let it charge back up let me use the air ,brought a tire gauge out. So I made it home safe and sound...
I would recommend mikes auto service for a major reason and this is .... that Mike himself stayed after closing. Took extra time to allow me to use equipment to get my bike road worthy. Mike was friendly didn't rush me , he was concerned about my motorcycle and made sure that it left his property and business in top operating order.
Mike had done nothing more than give his time for a person who was arrested and had his bike in impound . Being someone who isn't in good graces with authorities Mike didn't look at me different and still treated me like gold .
Thanks Mike...you are a hero and I'm thankful for you and your wife . You both were great and professional and put extra in with my situation and I don't doubt you vary in any direction. Good hearted people .
Called Mike's because my Cadillac would not start, and I figured it would have to be towed to the dealership. I was told that the tow driver was just finishing with another customer and would head to my location shortly. Jim arrived in just a few minutes. He popped the hood and put his jump pack on, and I turned the key, and it started. He asked if I still wanted it towed. I thanked him and said I would just leave it running till I got it to the dealership. Fast and friendly. Turned out the battery was 10 years old, so not surprising that it wouldn't start. If I ever need a tow I will call Mike's again.
I had to have my car towed due to an anti-theft malfunction. I don't use any other tow service. Mike's drivers all have many years of experience and are held to the highest standards by Mike himself. The driver did not disappoint. He loaded my car on the flatbed very carefully, and quickly. Their prices are also very reasonable.
They always get it fixed right! I don't feel like I'm being overcharged or swindled here, even when I go in by myself. They are very transparent about all charges and it all seems fair. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. They have a lot of awards hanging in their office. They have even diagnosed our vehicle simply by taking a ride in it. They've been in business for a long time which means that they know what they are doing and they are good to their customers! They have never pressured me into any repairs and explain what I need to know.
