(May 25, 2022, 4:08 pm)My wife and I took our labrador Graham April 26th to the Veterinary emergency and specialty hospital in Wichita he passed away about a 1/2 a mile from the facility. We just wanted to compliment the staff there on how incredible, empathetic and compassionate they were in our time of sorrow and loss. We really appreciated their efforts and their character. We spent a few days afterwards working on our grief and beginning closure. When we returned home we had received a sympathy card from the staff. We were overwhelmed by the sentiment. What a wonderful thing for them to do. The next day we received a sympathy card signed by Dr. Alberg and his staff conveying their condolences and sympathy for our loss of Graham. We had not advised anyone at the clinic of his passing yet. We were overwhelmed again with the wonderful outpouring of compassion. Thank you all involved.

(February 4, 2022, 4:49 pm)We just established ourselves with Dr. Koster as new patients. We very much enjoyed the efficiency, promptness and level of service. We scheduled far in advance and had all bases covered the day before surgery. Our kitten was neutered and had a physical scheduled for my 10 year old, ride or die, puppers.
Bagheera may not be happy now, but we are VERY happy to have a calm(er) kitten.
