“The staff is pretty friendly but they don't listen very well and I often have to repeat the order 3 or 4 times but it gets made correctly. It's usually clean and quiet inside, although the parking lot usually needs to be cleaned. They don't seem to spend a lot of time worrying about the curb appeal and minding the outside appearance and that can make most people assume the inside isn't cleaned or maintained.”

“Brought in a wheelbarrow tire to get mounted on the rim. Mechanic spent some time on getting it mounted right on the rim. I'm sure he had more important projects to work on than my tire. He made sure the job was done right and on top of it didn't charge me for it. I go to Knuckles for various things from small repairs to U-Haul rentals.
