This was my first time selling a house and Jamey made the process extraordinarily easy. He did a fantastic job with preparing the home for market and arranged repairs and required maintenance with very good and reasonably priced contractors. He really made the process super easy. We listed it and within a couple of days we received an offer at list price which was actually more than the appraised value which is awesome. He made the selling process a breeze. Jamey is "all in". We were living in Illinois and moving to Wichita, KS. Because of our tight schedule, we had one weekend to come down and look at houses. We worked with Jamey to put together a list, and Jamey put in the time and effort to schedule us to look at 20 plus houses in one day!

Jamey weathers the storms, literally! When it came time to look at the houses, it rained all day. Jamey stood in the rain jiggling locks and opening doors and had an amazing positive and fun attitude the entire day, and it was a long day!

Jamey has a great personality. He made looking at all those houses fun with his great sense of humor and wit. My parents tagged along with my wife and I to look at houses and he interacted with them just like they were buying a house as well. Not only was it a very productive time, we really enjoyed it!

Jamey is very knowledgeable. Jamey has been in the real estate business for 19 plus years. He was able to point out and advise on things about homes that you would only typically find out about at the home inspection stage. I was highly impressed by how much he knew about things like roofing, all the way down to plumbing. He pointed out "gotchas" on more than one house that we would have never seen.

Jamey utilizes and leverages all of the latest technology in the house buying process. All of the paperwork for our home purchase was done online. This made it easy for us to review things and easy for Jamey to update things like contracts and negotiation sheets. This helped speed up the process immensely.

Jamey is very familiar with the local market. Jamey grew up in this area and has lived here all his life. He knows all the neighborhoods, schools, shopping areas, etc. This was a great help for us when we started to settle on a location to focus on.

Communication is something Jamey does great. If I called Jamey, he answered. If he didn't answer, I had a call back in couple of hours. It didn't matter what Jamey was doing either. If he was at a baseball game, and I had a question, he answered it. And he wasn't just good about telephone calls. I could text or email and I would get a timely response back. So many people and business are bad at this, and it's one of the most important things.

Truthfulness is another one of Jamey's great attributes. I could trust that Jamey was giving me the real scoop on things and not just trying to turn a quick sale. He truly was looking out for our best interests and I appreciate that.

Real estate is not some hobby or part time job for Jamey. You aren't dealing with someone that does this in the evenings and on weekends. Jamey does this full-time and it shows. He has the time to spend on your purchase and that is assuring to know.

Getting to know Jamey on a personal level I could really see what a good husband and father he is. Family is important to Jamey, and I respect that. That is the kind of person I want to do business with.
