My wife and I decided to replace our 22 year old heater and AC. We got 3 bids. On time beat the competition in one case by $5000.00. The furnace and AC was equal in quality and brand type of the highest bid. This let us know that On Time heating had the best price and labor cost. We accepted the bid right away. On Time scheduled the installation the next day. Donte and Quenton arrived early the next day and worked a full day and had both units installed. It was a tough job, but they made it look easy. Both Donte and Quenton displayed highly skilled workmanship.

A few days later Donte came out to double check the AC and install 2 courtesy surge protectors.

I had a 38-year-old furnace that needed to be replaced, and after meeting with four contractors I decided to go with Anthony Coble at On Time Plumbing. Best decision I could have made! Anthony made the whole process of choosing the right HVAC system simple. He was upfront, transparent, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and kept me updated from start to finish. The city inspected New Furnace & AC (RUUD) yesterday, and it’s all up to code. My equipment warranty has already been submitted, and I even have the certificate in hand.

The installation was done by Frank Maruffo, and he did an outstanding job. They say the equipment doesn’t matter if the install isn’t done right—Frank proved that true. His professionalism showed from start to finish, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. The job took two days, and there was no rushing.

Greg Gates was absolutely fantastic! He was on time, he communicated very well and was very quick with completing the job. We had a leak in a rental house we own and don’t live in the same state and his honesty and communication with me was perfect! The price to repair was very fair and his work was quick and complete. We will absolutely use On Time Plumbing again if we ever have an issue.
