“Update Received a call from the Sales Manager Galen who actually took the time to listen and understand the issues. He was very understanding and was willing to make everything right. Worked a deal over the phone over a period of about 2 weeks. Put down a $1000 dollar deposit and Worked out a day for me to fly to Kansas to pick up the truck with salesman Kevin Mantz. Truck was supposed to be ready to go! Well it was not Pretty basic things that was agreed upon Cut a couple extra keys which they did unfortunately they didn’t cut them right because they won’t turn Truck was supposed to have max speed setting changed from fleet to highest setting allowed it was not. Had to spend $250 dollars back home to have this changed. Windshield wiper blades not changed they was so hard a lite rain on the way back blade skipped right over like it had ice on the windshield. Unit also has a bad carrier bearing so obviously the inspection process here is lacking. Tuck was still in the used lot not tagged sold or pending Filthy dirty No wash and low low low on fuel none was offered. All things I mentioned was discussed and agreed upon with salesman Kevin Mantz prior to my 2 flights to come get this unit. I just feel like they knew I had a long ride home and they didn’t care So just make sure that you do your homework and a good inspection when buying from this place before you leave with anything.”
