He took time out of his busy schedule, on more than one occasion, to explain the questions I had on my Model A and I wasn't even a customer yet!!! He is an honest business man who I can trust. I did not get the feeling one time that he was just trying to make a dollar off of me. When I do business with Eric I walk away with more than just a part. He is very easy to work with and if I had more than five stars to give him I undoubtedly would!
