Staff is very friendly and professional. Was able to move in to my apartment within the same week of putting in/ processing my application. Very quick service, very responsive team. The area is very nice and seems pretty safe and secured. Looking forward to my stay at Watercress.

I enjoyed living at the Watercress Apartments. It is a quiet community which had it's pros and con's. I always felt safe and I personally didn't mind the quietness. However, in the 6 months I resided there I never spoke and very rarely saw the tenants in my building. The apartments were clean and updated with the nicer end of appliances. Parking in my area was not good. We were provided with two spaces for each apartment. There were many times that all the spaces were filled and I would have to park my vehicle around the corner from my building. The grounds were okay but I believe they could have been better maintained frankly. There are lots of pets, I am also a pet owner. But it wasn't uncommon to see large piles of dog feces throughout the property. They do have signs posted with reminders to residents to clean up after your pet. If I was asked if I would reside at Watercress again, I would say yes without a doubt.
