Can we get some lot numbers on all the mobile homes here. Finding the lot number you need to deliver pizza here can be difficult

Great place to live.Quiet, respectable. Lots of generation's here plus they've got a park like setting with a picnick table.The trailer Court's well maintained. There's no pool but you can see the Arkansas River through the trees and we have a wonderful New park just down the road from here.A new Deby park great place for a family reunion.Need I say more.Just now I realized that this place is a R.V. park.If your driving through and need a place to stop and relax in a country setting come on in . There's room for LG.or small R.V's Stay a week or longer. There's plenty of room.The landlord's name is Bart. See ya soon.

No problems with any neighbors at the park and landlord is very nice and always gets things done that needs fixed.

Very quiet and safe place to live in. Neighbors protects and help each other.

very nice park reasonable rates well kept pretty close to Derby shopping. pretty river view. like being in country right across from K15
