I love This dealership!! I feel like I am treated like family whenever I go there. I always get great customer service and great service!!! I bought my last 2 cars from here and will get all future vehicles from here.and I have sent several others here for vehicles. I will continue to sing the praises of Mathew Motors!! The people are really friendly and helpful Especially Elise!! Thanknyou for making my experiences memorable and enjoyable!!!

From the beginning the people at Matthew's Motors were very responsive, professional and polite. My experiences over several weeks were consistent across the board. While it was not perfect (nothing ever is) any concerns I had were addressed promptly and respectfully. Alexi, Kim, Mike, and Carlos were easy to work with throughout the process. Kim and Mike were patient and accommodating as my wife and I looked at and drove several vehicles before settling on one. My complaint would be the accuracy of the website. While the explanation for vehicles listed but unavailable is understandable to a degree, (vehicle turnover) I view the extra steps the consumer has to take to check availability as a negative. I also understand that the business model benefits from getting consumers on site even if rhe vehicle you are looking for is not available. I typically don't review businesses online however my experience is positive over all and worth sharing. I would rate Matthew's at 4.7 and would very likely do business with them in the future.

Victoria and the complete staff are very pleasant to work with they went above and beyond for me. They worked very hard to get me the price I needed. They even drove over and hour to help me out with my busy schedule. She responded to me even after hours! I could go on and on about how great they where with everything and I am a hard to please person! Victoria made this an easy process and did not give me the run around she felt like a friend! I will definitely use them again and refer them to everyone! I give them 1 million stars!!!!

Had a amazing experience with Mathew motors. They transferred a suburban in from another location for me, same day. They were so nice from start to finish. I’ve bought 6 cars, most from large dealerships but I can honestly say that this was the best one yet! Would definitely recommend!
