Best Body Shop is just that… THE BEST. It was like receiving a new car all over again, including the interior. Even cards and papers that were found under the car seats were all bagged up for me. My car hasn’t looked this good since the day I drove out of the dealership! Thanks to the incredible staff who made this a wonderful experience!
This was the second time to take our vehicle to the BEST body shop!
They are absolutely wonderful! The best thing about them is that from your first step in the door, to the final step as you leave, they have your back! They use their knowledge for how insurance companies operate to help people navigate through the entire process. They have a wonderful system for communication expectations that never leave you wondering where they are with your vehicle, or dealing with the insurance company.
If you find yourself in a situation where you’re looking for a trustworthy, honorable, knowledgeable body shop, I would absolutely suggest the Best Body shop in Wichita!

We had previously went to a local body shop who refused to work with us because they didn’t want to deal with our insurance. “It wasn’t worth the headache” according to them. After doing some research, we found best body shop and gave them a call. They were very professional and welcoming from the beginning!!
They treated us with respect, educated us on our rights, and in the end helped us get the most favorable outcome!! Cannot thank them enough! Will forever recommend them!!
Quality of their work was fantastic. I had them do a custom fiberglass work for a spoiler on my car and it turned out great. It took a week longer than they originally said but that doesn’t takeaway from the quality of the work and the friendliness of the staff at best body shop. Overall a great experience,
My experience at Best Body Shop was more than I had imagined. They not only completed my repairs. But walked me through the process and steps they take to ensure every car is repaired with care. They do everything by manufacturer guidelines and that says a lot. Most shops would cut corners. But not Best Body Shop. They even update you via Text and Phone Call every week Monday, Wednesday, Friday with updates on tge procedures. Super easy to work with. They have a 100% transparency policy and will notify you of any surprises if any, also let me take a sneak peak of the car. They back everything up with Google Drives that include pictures of every step taken, the repai plan procedures. The Staff is absolutely amazing. When I picked up my car they took a picture of me and my car, and gave me a Swag Pack that includes all sorts of goodies and a Lifetime warranty on the repairs done. Its hard to express my upmost gratitude and pleasure with working with them. They even went to war against my Insurance Company that didnt like the procedures they did to return my car to pre-loss condition. The Insurance Company Pulled every excuse and made my and my family feel like we needed to protect ourselves from them. The Insurance Company refused to pay for a portion of the repairs, Best Body Shop walked me through the necessary steps to fight back. I will be taking My Insurance Company to Court. Best Body Shop went to bat and brought their A game. Definitely will be returning, hopefully on better circumstances. Will highly recommend, don't go anywhere except Best Body Shop.
