Barre Forte

I'm new to Barre Forte, but ALL of the instructors and attendees have been so welcoming and encouraging as I get more and more comfortable with the classes. I've REALLY enjoyed my early mornings there and am so glad I attended that first class. It's only been a few weeks and I'm already modifying the workouts less and less and feeling stronger everyday!

My sister and I are really enjoying Barre Forte classes! We have tried all of the different types of classes and now we are settling into a routine with favorite classes and instructors. We haven’t had a bad instructor yet! It feels like a low pressure, welcoming environment. I highly recommend!

I love the fun, intimate environment of these classes. It’s the only workout class I feel comfortable going to during a pandemic!

I love Wichita East Barre Forte! The classes are relaxed and welcoming to new members. I like that I can switch up my workout with the various classes, and that they offer early morning/evening classes for us working moms! The workouts are tough but manageable. Historically, I have always ran, but needed something for toning. These workouts are just that. I leave feeling sore and accomplished!

I have only had great experiences at Barre Forte! The instructors are all kind, friendly, and helpful. They are doing a great job of keeping everything clean and safe during this time, and there is plenty of room to spread out in the studio.
