Love the great customer service we get. This system is for sure a great investment in our home. Everything is better. Dishes cleaner, water tastes better, even the ice cubes are clear. Alejandra was great on the phone in helping her us scheduled for our new yearly filters. I highly recommend getting a system for your home.

I would like to thank Matt for the great service he gave us yesterday. He is very knowledgeable in what our needs are when it comes to our reverse osmosis and water softening system. He communicates clearly and accurately what we need and don't need.

We were told by someone else that we needed to take our water system filter out and clean it. Not understanding how to do that properly, I did not feel comfortable doing that myself. Matt told us we didn't need to do that at all. The filter was not an expensive thing to replace, and he gladly did that for us. He delivered bags of salt and made sure our needs were met before leaving.

Matt and Lucien came to my house and went straight to work. They were here for a yearly filter change that took only about ten minutes. They also carried in a 50 lb bag of salt.
