Jody Parker - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have had our insurance with Jody for years. What a great team he has here. Marcia is always quick to respond to messages and they care more than enough to take time to explain what needs to be done. Jody is the most personable insurance agent we have ever had. I always feel like he keeps our best interest in mind every time we have met with him.

Recently they help us with a mortgage refinance on our home. They saved us a lot more money than we would have if we used our other mortgage company. The mortgage process through State Farm was excellent. Quick and painless all the way through.

State Farm in general is a great company with great rates, highly recommend.

It’s nice to know there are businesses that have professional people that truly care about you and your needs. Although I have never met Marcia, she was very kind, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. She and many other State Farm employees are why I have kept my policies with State Farm for over forty years.

Marcia was very helpful in all the issues I had to resolve from the other insurance company, and getting into the State Farm app. I enjoyed speaking with her, she has a really good since of humor and she is very knowledgeable about the products offed by StateFarm Insurance. I have had to call on numerous occasions and go by the office to get help on the app, I m always happy when she picks up the phone and we talk .

Jody and his team are great! Every time I have a question or need a change to my policy they are prompt and thorough. Great customer service and even better people!
