The answered my maintenance request(not urgent) within 2-3 days. They also took the time to fix another thing which had broken. I greatly appreciated there service.
They’re getting the issue fixed as always. Thanks for clearing up everything and being awesome
Wonderful apartment community to live at. I was there for almost 3 years and had zero issues. It is peaceful and quiet. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues. The office staff is friendly. My only complaint would be that people don't pick up after their dogs. It was difficult to even walk my dog without stepping in something. I realize that's not the apartments fault its just the people that live there. It would just be nice if there was a way to better mandate it.
Bailey is a life saver! We tried for months and finally got in. I lost my job and I knew this was our home. Thanks so much for working me.
An excellent apartment complex. Great amenities, the nearby pond is a nice walk around, reasonably quiet even though it's on one of the major roads in this part of Wichita, and the insulation is good enough that the regular airliner traffic going in and out of the airport isn't a nuisance. (The military jets are louder, so those will get your attention, but they're not very common.)
Staff is very helpful, are quick to respond to maintenance issues, and the complex is kept neat and tidy. The vehicle gates can be... temperamental at times, especially in the winter. Parking can be tricky at nights, too, but it's not too bad.
The only real crime I experienced in my year here was having the mail room broken into once in March or so. Hasn't happened since, so I'm writing that off as a fluke.
