Awesome experience, and shoutout to Natalia for her overall greatness. I tried going to another TD Bank to pick up a new card but for some reason there was trouble, and I left with no new card, just hoping the one sent by mail would be quick.
I stopped by this location and was smoothly helped with ease, I had walked out and gotten my new card now looking forward to shredding the one coming in the mail!

I was traveling abroad when I needed to get a statement reflecting my new address asap, I couldn't wait for the next statement and the costumer service guys on the phone couldn't help, I tried calling the Fairview branch and the Bergenline branch and they wouldn't pick up the phone no matter how much I tried, I was gonna give when I decided I would try calling this branch, and I'm so happy I did, Jorge picked up the phone immediately and went above and beyond when I explained my situation, he made sure my new address was on the statement and he hooked up with a copy, when I cam back from my trip I stopped by to thank him, he smiled and "said this is what we're here for", now this how you win over costumer, kudos.
