Very positive experience. Respectful and Professional. Skillful, i had no pain. Dr. Lichty took time so i could explain my symptoms and concerns and he addressed them all. My questions were answered before and after surgery. I was given print outs of the post-op instructions which were also reviewed with me verbally. I had no complications post-op. I had a good experience with the extraction of the roots of a molar that had broken off, leaving the roots and a space. I has been more than 3 months. I had no pain and the procedure was amazingly fast. Dr. Lichty was kind and pleasant as was his assistant.

I was very scared and worried for my 14 year old son to get his wisdom teeth removed, especially since the reviews aren't very good for this doctor. I was very pleasantly surprised how patient the doctor was with my son, who'd never had an IV before or a surgery as such. The office staff were extremely helpful even after surgery when I had questions. The doctor explained everything to me before hand, he was extremely quick in surgery and my son hadvery little discomfort after getting 4 wisdom teeth removed. He only took his ibuprofen for a few days and none of the pain medication. I wouldn't judge this doctor based on these other reviews. Go into his office and feel him out. They even went above and beyond getting our referral due to our dentist office refusing to give one even after they recommended their office, and they got my primary insurance and secondary insurance to work together. I don't care what anyone says, I highly recommend this doctor and his staff.

Dr. Jonas Lichty is the oral surgeon who did my oral surgery. He provided excellent services, His Dr./patient relationship was great. His staff were pleasant and professional. The entire operation of the offices, both east and west were well managed, hospitable and professionally responsible. Even when there were nearly 50 patients in the outer office, they were all served in an appropriate manner and were timely in the service. He provided great service and was genuine in his concern
