Dr. Norris is always willing to take the time to discuss whatever issues I'm having. She has a problem solving approach so I know I can always go back to her if something isn't working. I find the staff very friendly. Sometimes I have to wait for my appointment, but I know it is because she is taking time to give another patient the same quality care she gives me.
