Department of Veterans Affairs Eye Clinic

I visited this location to send back some items I purchased online. I wasn’t exactly sure which packaging to use and I had difficulty with taping my return label (I brought my own tape gun and it kept getting jammed). Mr. James was extremely patient and helpful. He assisted me with my package and offered to tape it up for me. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I didn’t have any issues during my visit. Also, there was another lady working the front counter alongside Mr. James (didn’t get a chance to get her name) but overhearing her talk to customers and she was really polite and professional as well.

Proper distancing lines marked, lots of plexiglass. Very polite and helpful despite being forced to repeat the same things to different customers all day/week long!
