These homes are very nice and updated. Their administration team goes above and beyond to make sure the facilities are staffed the way they should be. They go above and beyond to make sure their residents are receiving the best quality of care and their needs are being met. Administration team does a great job communicating, they are empathetic, and are always willing to work with on any issues.
Very satisfied with the excellent care my husband receives from the nurses and staff at the home. Very informed of all visiting privileges and any activity that is going on. Great Place!
I was looking for a place for my mother who has dementia. The Reflection Living staff staff has been helpful, understanding and caring. They know how to care for dementia patients. And they take insurance. I would highly recommend Reflection Living for your family member/s.
My mother has resided here for a year and a half. I read the other reviews and I agree completely with all that was said. The home is not institutional at all. It's truly a family/home atmosphere. The staff are loving and attentive. When a resident expresses a need or a wheelchair alarm sounds, they respond immediately. My mom has diabetes that is controlled by diet, not medication. When we requested that she no longer be given sugared desserts, the staff responded immediately and cut them out. On her 97th birthday last year, we had a party for her with the other residents and the two staff members on duty. It was like a happy family gathering. One of advantages here is the staff to resident ratio. At the home where my mother is, there's a maximum 1:4 ratio of staff to residents (2 staff to 8 residents) during the daytime hours, and 1:8 overnight. This provides the staff the opportunity to be as responsive as they are. Until the other day, I hadn't seen my mom for five months due to COVID-19. I didn't worry at all about her care because I knew she would be well taken care of, which she was.
My parents have been residents of Reflection Living for 4 years now. They have received excellent care from this facility. They are well feed, bathed and clothed every day. I can drop in anytime and see them (not during covid) and I am always welcome. I have been know to stop by and have lunch with all the residents at the dining room table . They will get me some food and we have some lively conversations. The staff are kind and caring and truly care about my parents well being. I buried my father today and there were 2 of his care givers at the funeral as heart broken as we were. One of the girls even wrote to the pastor about how much she loved and would miss my father . My mother is still a resident there and she will be till the day she passes. I wouldn't have her anywhere else. This place and these care givers are her family and treat her as such.
