(March 23, 2022, 8:50 am)It's the best gym I've ever been to. All of the instructors have competed at a high level, they're patient, and don't just throw you to the wolves. They've got classes just for women, old people, and kids as well as coed.

(December 13, 2021, 2:23 am)The patience from instructors with Brazilian judo is just phenomenally indescribable. They are great teachers. Crawl, walk, run is the best way I can attempt to describe it. Having beginners to advanced, this place is where to go for adults of any range and children of any age.
