(September 10, 2020, 10:54 am)This place is like a museum and the staff are like curators. If you have a question probably anyone that works there has an answer. You can go there just to look and not leave there disappointed. The instruments that they have there are really beautiful. I don't use that word often. And also the prices were not super exorbitant. I will go there again.
(September 19, 2019, 4:03 pm)Today was my first time coming to this place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the man at the front desk. I told him a list of things that I needed to purchase. He gladly helped me by pointing out the area that I needed to go in to find what I wanted. Before he could finish telling me where to go, an older gentleman came over and walked with me to where I needed to go. He asked what all I needed to get and within a minute he had personally found everything that I needed and gave it to me. He was extremely nice! As I was at the front desk paying, the man who greeted me when I walked in was being very nice and polite. If I need anything in the future that's music related, this is definitely the only place I'll go to!
