From the first moments to the final phone call, the staff were all kind, friendly, informative and professional! Each staff was genuinely concerned for my comfort and the explained plans for procedures. After surgery, same gentle informative care to send me home. Once home, they checked on me and responded to my call with questions! I couldn’t be more pleased! Great team! Thanks all!

The operation team was great. Dr. Chan was awesome in and out. My post op nurse Mindi was really sweet and friendly and made sure I understood restrictions and medication restrictions.

It was a wonderful experience!! I had a cominuted boxer fracture and Dr. Chen and his team went above and beyond. Every step of the way was perfect. From the office staff to my surgery, it was great. I highly recommend this facility if your needing orthopedics!! You won't be disappointed. 2 other other orthopedic doctors said I didn't need surgery and that my hand "should" be mostly normal. Dr. Chen didn't think twice, he knew exactly what needed to be done to give my hand the best chances!! Thank you again!!!

This is a wonderful facility filled with caring people. Though I was basically in an assembly line of carpal tunnel surgeries, I still felt cared for by staff. Special shout out to Jeremy, the anesthesiologist for explaining my special need care, “one stick Jody” who started my IV, and Day, my recovery nurse. Of course to Dr. Chan who is awesome.
