I brought my car in to get hail damage repaired and since he has had previous experience as a hail damage inspector he knew everything about how insurance claims worked and he made sure i did not pay a dime more than what my insurance gave me and he did all the work and was amazing. “Right now I am not totally happy with the work done by the shop I to my 2013 Ford Flex in because I had a bad coolant leak and it turned out I had to have my water pump replace after which when it came out the shop it had a oil and which end up being a crack coil over which I feelI have to allow them to repair after having them to figure where the oil came from ,when I took it in it was for an coolant leak and came out with an oil leak now I have a new problem c check engine code P0017 camshaft senior, personally I feel like should of been found .I am afraid to take it back I sent over $1,500 to replace and the had to paid half on a oil leak now look at god know how much on a check engine code yes I have over 170,000 miles on it but can really fine any one I can trust to work on my vehicle. I am not sure about the shop that work on our car. I see it is some people that are please with your work but personally I am not comfortable with it. I had to return and apologize for my easlier post because after going back and talking with the owner I have a different opinion Of the shop and can see he try’s to work with his customer the best he can and meet them where they are at and not we’re he is at and I can say I took it there because it’s had a coolant leak and now it don’t have a coolant leak maybe he can figure out what the problem is and get me back to rolling. I am really thankful that he is the person he is because he didn’t have to look at my vehicle again and could of just said I would rather you take it someplace else if you aren’t comfortable with my service but he didn’t do that and that is saying a lot some if you what a fair and honest job go to Pro Automotive Repair because he stand behind his work”
