Excellent customer service!
The manager William, went out of his way to take care of my needs. I had pulled up to the air pump down the street at QT, only to find a cluster of nails in my tire and it would not hold air. I called Peerless Tires and the manager William, came over to QT changed tire to donut and I followed him back to his shop. His crew had my tire plugged and back on my car in no time. They even put my spare tire/tools back in their designated area properly.
Now days when good customer service is so hard to find, it is definitely very much appreciated!! Thank you William and your crew for getting me back on the road!!! I will return in the future, as well as recommend this company to all that are looking for exceptional customer service at an affordable rate!!
I would like to ad that I was prepared to buy a new tire due to the damage to my tire and William said not neccessary. Thanks again William, I appreciate your honesty.
