I spoke with Caleb, the agent, by phone, to start auto and renters insurance. Caleb was professional, helpful, and took the time needed to start my policies instead of passing me off to his office staff as my previous agent typically did. Caleb answered all of my questions. Very pleased thus far with State Farm!
