Brian with the fireplace guys is amazing! Very professional, responsive and honest. I cant recommend this business enough!!!

About a year ago, I had Home Safe Hearth & Chimney come take a look at my fireplace. After a few minutes of running, it would automatically shut-off. They did some looking, said the ports were dirty (on a 3-year old fireplace that got maybe 10 hours a year use) and ended the service with a $300 bill and said my fireplace was a very unreliable model, and the long-term solution was to just replace it for several thousand dollars. Not surprising, but a few weeks later, the same problem came back again.

As it started to get cold this year, I was almost to the point of replacing it, but decided I would have somebody else take a look first. Several other reviews noted that they had less than stellar service from HSHC and great fixes from The Fireplace Guys. Brian from the Fireplace Guys was very fast to respond, and was out in a few days. He was able to find the problems right away, help explain to me exactly what was going on, and had it fixed in short order. Everything is working great again, and for substantially less than HSHC charged for a fix that didn’t work.

If you are looking for good fireplace service, save the headaches, and un-necessary expense and just call The Fireplace Guys.

Thank you Brian and Carter! Another fireplace company (not naming names but you can figure it out HSHC), gave me a bid to fix my fireplace that they broke on a yearly maintenance call. The bid was for around $2000 and I was told I needed a new valve and gas line. Brian and Carter came out and found they had closed my pilot light orifice. The Fireplace Guys got my fireplace back running without any new parts! I will never use HSHC again! All HSHC is doing is bilking people on repairs they do not need.

I’ve never had a gas fireplace before. Thanks to Brian it’s never been easier! Unbelievable service and now we have a great looking fireplace just in time for Christmas. Great value, and highly recommend to anyone.
