We really enjoyed our week-long stay here, the staff is actually trying hard to keep everything clean, unlike other places who say they're cleaning regularly but don't. The staff was very helpful, the hot to go breakfasts were great, are there is only one open entrance to the building and is being monitored constantly. The lobby elevators common areas and our room were clean, the rooms are all Suites and are laid out great, comfortable bed as well as a nice office area and nice bathroom, TV was good too. Small negatives, the tile on the floor in our bathroom was loose and the grout was coming out, and one time due to a misunderstanding the cleaning lady came in the room to leave towels when we asked her to leave them outside the door, and there were slight small stains on the couch.
I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Wichita. Despite arriving nearly at midnight, they dispatched a shuttle van for me, checked me in without a hassle, and had everything ready and settled as requested. The room was spacious, clean, and an absolute steal for the price and location.
The hotel offers a lot of nice and useful amenities including a business center, a convenience store on-site, lemon water (which i took maybe too much of an advantage of), breakfast, and even a bar (Though, as of October 2020, it was closed due to health & safety concerns).
The hotel is located right next to many chain restaurants and a shopping center, as well as a few minutes drive to downtown Wichita. Being located in a bottle neck between the city, a commerce center, and an airport made things a lot easier and affordable to navigate.
I did run into some confusion regarding billing from Marriott and the hotel manager, but after sending a lengthy email with the proper documentation, they were able to get everything settled. The late-night hotelier went above and beyond and vouched for me personally.
All in all, I'd definitely stay here again the next time I stop by Wichita.
20 October 2020. Very clean and upscale. Nice bed, good pillows, quiet. They have a nice breakfast of eggs, hashbrowns, a piece of bacon, and biscuit and gravy all packaged up and ready to travel. Having a hot breakfast at a hotel in this day is surprisingly rare. Do it.
Great customer service, very friendly staff, clean rooms everything overall is good. Also I had lost my wallet in the parking lot and Steve gave it back to my thanks to him I got my passport back. I would highly recommend this hotel. I’m very satisfied thanks you guys so much!
I ABSOLUTELY loved this hotel! By far the best one I have stayed at.
Staff was super friendly. Made me feel welcomed! It’s a shame I didn’t get their names.
We were impressed by our room! It was a very good price for what we got.
Me and my boyfriend loved it. We also loved the smart TV the room came with.
They also had to-go breakfast in the morning which was really good!
Honestly, we have nothing negative to say.
Definitely recommend if staying around the Wichita area. I appreciated staff so much!
