I have never had hearing aids before, and she made the process so easy. 2 days later, I have my hearing aids and can't wait to see how they change my life!

(June 28, 2020, 8:16 pm)I called and gotten a appointment was for July 6th I believe but they were great.had a cancellation so called .I went in next day.will have my new hearing aids within two weeks.i had broken mine.and don't hear well at all without them.so I sure appreciated getting in so soon.thank you much.and they also were helpful to repair the one ear piece so I could hear somewhat better than nothing at all.very grateful.they are very kind there too.
(April 7, 2020, 5:25 pm)What a professional and friendly, courteous time I had today as I brought my husband's hearing aids to be cleaned and receive more batteries. The staff (Irma) was so considerate, especially at this time. Also we discussed getting new hearing aids at the end of this year. Learning about the new kinds, and what the features were, with the cost, was so VERY knowledgeable. I am SO satisfied with Hearing Group!! Keep up the excellent work!!? You serve us so wonderfully!!
