“This is my favorite Walgreens location/store. It’s never over crowded and you don’t ever get stuck in line for long. It’s quiet, the shelves are organized and well-stocked, and the employees are super nice! The best part, however, is the drive through pharmacy. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. I’ve been to a thousand pharmacy’s and this is the only one I can go in without any preliminary feelings of stress.”

The way in which Empower handled the safety and engagement of each student during COVID-19 was nothing less than remarkable. Even during the very first week of uncertainty in March Empower was up and running classes via Zoom before others. This transformed into biweekly classes, story times, and social enrichment (games, discussions on Zoom.) During our spring of quarantine, Empower became a true source of predictably for our child, as he met with instructors and classmates 4x a week online. As an early childhood professional, I found that Empower offered developmentally appropriate content and guidance. Senior Master Beisel even took the time to offer a one-on-one zoom lesson with our child after we had a technology glitch. “Let’s start at the beginning. When you call to set up your appointment the girls are friendly, helpful and thorough. When you show up for your appointment they treat you like a friend they haven’t seen in a while. They always remember your pets name and not only do they greet you they greet your pet too. Then you go into your private room where the professional Doctor comes in to take great care of your concerns. They also treat you like a friend and are very kind and compassionate. They take their time to answer all of your questions and they explain what needs to happen next, in terms that are easy to understand. If you can’t remember what you need to do when you get home, the staff will write it down so you can take the instructions home. They encourage you to call them if you have any questions. I have been going to them for almost 20 years. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a cat or dog. They welcome the puppies and kittens we have had and they help us empathetically when we have had to say good bye to our furry babies. I consider them our friends!”
