“First time ordering online at this location. Arrived at appointed time to find my b'fast pizza was being remade because the first burned. The employees were busy with a truck unloading goods into the store along with prepping other orders, sandwiches for lunch, etc. When my replacement pizza came out about 10 mins later, the smiling woman at the counter said "no charge! Sorry you had to wait!" Wow! Customer service like that is in rare supply these days. Highly recommend this Casey's!”

He takes the time needed to find out what all is going on and explains procedures and works to find a solution until a solution is found. Will continue to follow up when necessary. Can work you into the schedule in as promptly as possible. Which in this instance, I called at the end of a work day and got in first thing the next morning. In this day and age that is almost unheard of, i can't get into my family physician for nearly a week when and if I call them. I pretty much don't call them any more and find other ways around going and only keep that office for insurance purposes. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. DONALD JAMES!!”

However, my husband was sent to another place to get a CT. The place they sent us to was Premier MRI of Wichita, which is nothing more than a 1 star company. Since we were referred by NMC health, I feel it’s a direct reflection of the clinic and it will make us think twice about going back to the clinic for issues of the like. Do better.”
