“Very happy I rented a car here. It was extremely easy to reserve online. The gentleman was waiting for me when I approached. There was no line when I came. He was courteous and organized, had my info ready and waiting. He upgraded me to a waaaaaay better car than I requested, which made me ecstatic. Car was beautiful and clean on the inside. The upgrade my short trip so much better and really made my day, thank you. Returning was a bit of a hassle, there was no one at the station. I wanted to drop the keys in the box, but there were no envelopes or pens to write out my slip. I suggest putting one of the pens on a chain out there. I was nervous about leaving this brand new car without it being checked out by anyone, so I took pictures of it on all sides and the fuel level. I borrowed a pen from a stranger and threw the keys and slip in the box; a half hour later, I received a return confirmation email for the agreed rental price, so I was relieved it was all completed before my flight took off.”
